Seasonal Kao Shah Chao Whaung. Iced crysanthemum infused rice porridge with lovely condiments. The porridge is extremely aromatic and perfumy. The condiment tastes are extremely hard to described. They were super complicated to make and has very sophisticated flavours. Umami!!! I had it with a pickled plum juice which is also super weird tasting in a good way. Can’t get this in LA!!
