Rock Bar and Restaurant @ Ari, Bangkok

Rock as in everything’s made out of rock!!  Creative drinks interesting spin on Thai food.  Super nice staff and owner.  Drinks: “My Bitter Chinese Mother-In-Law” (Chrysanthemum Infused Vodka, Homemade Fennel Syrup, Crushed Green Peppercorn, Aperol and Chrysanthemum), and Konayuki (Fermented sticky rice with Honjyozo-Shu Sake Served with Preserved Plum).  We tried: Crab Cream Cheese Wafer, Sirlion Burger with Oyster Pancake, Crab Curry with Rice Noodles, and for desert: Chocolate Ganache with Coffee Meringue, and Toddy Palm Butter Cake with Grated Coconut and Palm Sugar Caramel.
